We just arrived at our destination for tonight: Cody, WY. It was a treacherous drive for awhile going through Big Horn National Forest, but luckily we had our clutch driver Jami (see Epic Trip 2, driving through rural maine in the middle of the night). She navigated us through the twists and turns up and over the mountain avoiding ice patches, deer, rocks, and cattle.
Tomorrow we plan to drive through Yellowstone!
We are following along, enjoying the posts! We are planning another trip west next spring, so I'll be looking for ideas of other fun things to do--though we tend to move at a much slower pace.
